WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do not accept cancellations!

I DECIDED I NO LONGER WANT THIS ITEM, CAN I RETURN IT?

Of course you can! As long as it has been within 7 days of reception and your item is in Brand New condition, meaning no wear and tear, all tags and labels still on, you can request a refund! YOU CAN NOT recieve a refund nor return on any purchased undergarments. However, Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

**Please be advised All undergarments including Swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, and lingerie, are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.**

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not accept exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and color of your items.

We will only provide exchanges for damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by accident.

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Once you’ve purchased an item, we will send your tracking number to you via email. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages.
